Apply for a Belgian Identification Number Directly

If the self eligibility check shows that you are eligible , then you can directly apply for a Belgian identification number. The process of BIS will cost you around EUR 500, you can pay using Visa/ Mastercard, PayPal or a Bank transfer. We can also also send you the first payment link if required. You’ll also be required to attach your identity documents eg. Passport, your foreign ID card etc. We then do all the process to get you a Belgian Identification Number which is your national number from Belgian Population Register. In order to establish a business one must have this number.

Financial and Business Plan

You need a strong business and financial plan in order to complete the notary papers and register your company with the appropriate government agencies. At EU-Process, we are knowledgeable about your industry and create financial and business plans that satisfy all regulations set forth by Belgian authorities. You make the second payment at this point. Each business and financial plan will cost you between 500 – 2000 euros depending on complexity.

Notarisation and Incorporation

We handle critical document preparation, such as Articles of Association and Deed of Incorporation, ensuring notarization by the authorities. We proceed to register your company with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises in Belgium, the primary authority for company registration.

At this stage, the third payment is made. Additionally, we provide you with a government website link to verify your business and ownership details. This step will cost you somewhere between 2000 – 5000 EUR.

Work Permit for Business Director/ Employees

We prepare the required paperwork on your behalf. Additionally, schedule a time to deliver the bundle of paperwork to the Belgian embassy or consulate in your home country. At this point, you pay for the professional card and work permit. The economic authorities need two to five months to approve your authorization. Our success rate is 99.9%; we help you at every step and they could approve or request further documentation. We prepare and help you with further documents. Please note, we do not have any say in the approval process and the Belgian government decides who to approve. This step will cost you somewhere between 1000-3000 EUR

Residence Permit/ D-Visa for Director/ Employee

Once your work permit or professional card has been approved. We then prepare all the paperwork required for you to apply for a residence permit, and a D-Visa,

You visit the VFS or consulate and submit your paperwork. Approval could take a month or two. longer at times. After obtaining your entry permission, you can book a flight and embark on your journey to Belgium.

At this stage you pay for the D Visa and Administrative / Residence permit fees. This step will cost you somewhere between 1000-3000 EUR

Arrival in Belgium

Once you arrive in Belgium, you need to visit the city hall or municipality office within 8 days to register your arrival. They’ll then process your Belgian eID card. You also need to register for UBO within 3 months of establishing your business. We can assist you with it.

You also need to have funds available to invest in your business, in Belgium the capital should be at least 20k EUR. You also need funds to survive in Belgium for at least a year. Please check rental prices in Belgium to get an idea. Once you arrive in Belgium, you can start to work on growing your business.
